Home - Picture of the Day - February 13th

I'm home!  We took a very well needed long weekend trip.  It was a really good time, mostly swimming and eating so I was happy.  I won't go too much into it as I plan on putting a bunch of pictures up tomorrow.  While I was really happy with the trip there is nothing like getting home.  Sure it's nice sleeping in your own bed, using your own bathroom & having all the other comforts that make home.....well home.  But one thing is extra special for me when coming home, reuniting with my pups.  I absolutely love my puppy, she's gonna be 7 but she's will always be my pups.  At 11 pounds she's tiny but she's got moxie, that's why we named her Mothra.  So since I'm reunited with my true love, Mothra gets to be my pic of the day.

Catch Up - Picture of the Day - February 12th

So today was a busy busy busy day.  A very good day but busy so that means the pic of the day is late, late, late. I took this picture yesterday and its a perfect reminder to go back and check out some of my other pictures if you haven't seen them yet.  I'm really enjoying doing a picture or two or fourteen a day.  Its been fun, I hope I've entertained a few of you.  I'm hoping to have a huge multi picture blog up tomorrow night but it may happen Monday.  It will be good stuff so tune in!

Return to Oz -Picture Of The Day - February 11th

So I met this cute little guy today.  He reminded me that I must return to Oz.  I can't right now but it was really nice to be asked.  Thanks little guy!

COLD! - Picture Of The Day - February 10th

So I took my daughter to school this morning and of course it was cold, it's winter.  I could tell it was really really cold from the second I stepped into the garage.  I drove her to school and walked her in.  That's when I knew it was more than really really cold.  It was freaking hurt your lungs to breathe cold......it really hurt to breathe.  I think my lungs are still thawing out.  I had to catch my breath once or twice because the cold air was hurting my lungs. So I got back in my car and checked the temperature and you know what I found?

Just so there is no confusion, that's the base temperature.  Not wind chill just -7.  That's freaking cold.

Mystery Coat - Picture Of The Day - February 9th

So I walked into my lunch room today and this is what I saw.

I couldn't help but laugh but then I started thinking. Who's coat is this? Where did it come from?  I've never seen anybody wearing it in the office.  Is it a ghost coat? Is there a ghost slouched over right now in that coat? Maybe, just maybe.  Why would someone leave it like that? So many questions, so few answers. Well, the coat's gone now so for the moment it's a mystery.  The only thing I'm getting pretty sure of is zombies must be involved....somehow....

My Buddy Dog Plate Update - Picture Of The Day - February 8th

So just a quick update on Dog Plate.  Unfortunately, he is still sad but I can report that we have gotten him in therapy and Dog Plate is working hard at his issues.  We talk a lot and he knows everyday is a new day.  One day Dog Plate will be happy, I just know it!  I wanted him to know I'm in his corner no matter what.

 

A RED LETTER DAY (PET SHOP BOYS) - Video Of The Day - February 7th

Instead of a picture I'm giving you a video today.  I'm sure I'll do this from time to time as songs easily get stuck in my head.  I absolutely love this song and this band.  How could you not like the Pet Shop Boys?  I don't know why I like this song so much but I know whenever it comes on in the car I'm always singing along.  So enjoy a great song to get Monday going.
