Karen got pretty muddy

Im really proud of Karen for stepping out of her comfort level and trying something she wouldn't normally do. She did a 5k in the mud in front of people. Bravo!

The Origins of Nasty

So before the Erasure concert Jason, Karen and my lovely self went out to eat. At the restaurant there was a personality testing machine. Of course Nast, I mean Karen, wanted to have a go. What did the machine say? Well, it said Karen was Nasty. It didn't lie. So from now on Karen shall be known as Nasty, or Nast for short. So yeah, please do start to call her this as she will no longer be answering to Karen after January 1st. Nast thanks you for your consideration during this transition period.
