According to Hasbro, in the world of Weebles the fun never stands still.  Well, maybe I'm an idiot....actually that would explain a lot.......BUT this Weeble seems to be standing still!  In fact, this Weeble wobbled and then he fell down...and never got up!  What the hell Weeble man? Are you just lazy? Suffering from some unknown illness which is stealing your ability to wobble and stay up? Actually, I don't care Mr. Weeble man. You got a job to do so you better get to it.  From now on I expect to see tons of wobbling and no falling down, got it? Good.

Adventure Time Cover- Into the Nightosphere - Song of the day - March 6th

So its the day after, birthday party is over and all that remains of the fun is housework.  Luckily, I got that done and the rest of the night is mine.  But a day of housework and doing nothing else doesn't make for great picture opportunities.  So I'm going with a song today.  Its a short song from the cartoon Adventure Time.  If you haven't seen it, its so worth a watch. My wife and I have been singing this to our youngest son for a little bit now.  I don't really know why, there isn't any great meaning in the lyrics for either of us.  In fact, with the way things have been lately I doubt this is the song that conveys either of our feelings.  Despite that, this is clearly in both of our heads.  The song here has two parts, the first part is the original and the second part, it starts with "dad why did you eat my fries", is what was on the show and what we sing to our son.  So, enjoy.

Birthday Loot - Pictures of the Day - March 5th

Ok, its 11:35 as I'm writing this so its still March 5th.  Yes, it's late, very late.  I almost forgot to get a picture up today.  Why you ask? Well, today was my 4 year old daughters birthday party.  Things were busy in the morning and I never got a picture up.  I thought about just posting a video early in the day just to make it easy but I decided against that.  When I do post a video its because that song is genuinely on my mind.  It reflects how I'm feeling that day.  I didn't want to take the easy way out, but I forgot until just now.  Sooooo, what to post? Should I post a picture of my  daughter? No, I did that on Tuesday, her actual birthday.  Some of the awesome food we had today? Nah, I've done that and will do it again.  I love food.

So what then? Ah ha! The loot!

Pizza Buffet - Picture of the Day - March 3rd

Yeah Thursday! Yeah Julie! Yeah Pizza Buffet! 
So if you put that together you would realize that today is Thursday and what did Julie do today? She took me out for pizza buffet! Woo Hoo!  Much pizza & fun was had, the only problem is now I have food coma!

A quick addendum as my supervisor, Jason, thinks clarification is needed.  He asked, does the reader know who Julie is? I responded that I'm not really sure it matters.  He said it does.  I have my wife on one day and this random girl the next, it begs an explanation.  Ok, fine.  Julie is a friend from work.  We went out to lunch for pizza.  Why did we go out?  Because we needed to vent about how big a jerk Jason is. Ok, done.  Explanation given, happy Jason?

Don't Blink! - Picture of the Day- March 2nd

I had no clue what the picture of the day was going to be until I had to take a picture and put it up on twitter.  I took a picture of my wife wearing a super cool Doctor Who shirt I got her recently.  It got me thinking that I needed to take a picture for my blog.  It then dawned on me, why not use the same picture? No reason not to and the shirt is waaaaaay cool.  Any cool cat would immediately know what the shirt its.

So you see the shirt and think...Of course, Don't Blink.  Which makes you think.....Of course, Doctor Who.  Which makes you.....Of course, Brilliant, Fantastic and one cool cat.  Allons-Y! Enjoy.

Happy Birthday Amelie! - Pictures of the Day - March 1st

Holy Cow, how did it get to be March! This year is just flying along and that's fine by me.  I'm ready for winter to be over.  Cue the DJ....Be lookin good, Winter. All the way back to Coney. Ya hear me, babies? Good. Reeeal good. Adios Winter.  Cue Luther.....*clinking beer bottles together*  Spppriiiiingggg, come out to pla-e-ay!  Ok, now that the random The Warriors reference is out of the way lets move on to the point of my post.

Ah yes, today is the first day of March and we are one step closer to spring but more importantly today is my youngest daughter's birthday.  Hooray for Amelie! Happy birthday Ambo, Ambo Funjet, The Face of Ambo, Ami.....I think that covers most of her nicknames.  So my pictures today are my beautiful daughter.  Dont let the pictures fool you. While she is sweet as pie, she is also one salty little girl.  Full of moxie and I love her for it.
