I went up to Milwaukee today to see some IndyCar fun. It was a great time, I had a blast. This isn't the first time I've been up to the Milwaukee Mile for an IndyCar race and it wont be the last. For anybody in the Chicago/Milwaukee area you really should check out this race next year. Even if you are just kinda into racing it's worth it. It's hard not to get hooked after watching a race here. The track is great. The stands are close to the track, really close. You really get a feel for what these cars can do. Getting in and out was easier than any other race I've been to. Really a great time.
We got to the race early and checked out some cool stuff like this kick butt race car.
And then it rained......and then stopped raining. They got the track ready to race.
We waiting in the shade and got a free RC!
After a short wait it was time for the cars to get in pit lane! Wooo!
Then time to race!
I had tons of fun so people of the midwest please support this event so I can keep going!
