Who's working the concession stand?

Me, that's who! I know most parents try to avoid concession duty like the plague but not me. I loved every minute of it. Maybe I'm weird but it was fun. Handing out pizza, popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, candy and all sorts of other treats. Maybe because it's so far from work, so different. I don't know, I just had a blast.

So Olivia had a game during my shift. She got a hit, a great stop at third base and the game ball. Most important, she had fun. Amelie came with me and helped at the concession stand. By help I mean drink red slushie, eat candy and hang out in the front of the stand. Of course, that's what I was hoping she'd do. She had fun and I was happy for it.  So I'd say tonight was a success.
