It's Paczki day!!!
I love Paczki day. I love it, love it, love it. Nutshell version, a Paczki is a polish pastry. It's tradition to eat them on Fat Tuesday. A good Paczki is a wonderful thing. Most places try to pass of jelly doughnuts as Paczki but they are NOT jelly doughnuts. I think last year I explained the difference so I wont explain again this year. All you need to know is these things rock my face off.
