Dinner - Picture of the Day - April 12th

What did I have for dinner? Ohhhh, I'll tell you.  I had one of my top three favorite dinners of all time.  Chorizo & eggs with queso fresco.  I really love this stuff, so does my wife....but not always.  I remember the first time I made it she looked at the plate and said she wouldn't eat that shit.  The look on her face, you would have thought I had a dead skunk on my plate.  Eventually she tried it and it was love at first bite.  So that's what I had for dinner, Chorizo & eggs with a little awesomesauce.
